S.C. still feeling impact from Debby at rivers, dams
Rivers in Dorchester, Berkeley and Colleton counties remain bloated and a threat as multiple roadways remain unpassable. State officials warned Friday of rising waters and threats from weakened dams across the state as the torrent of water unleashed by Tropical Storm Debby last week continues to haunt the Palmetto State.
